CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Each accepted paper must be accompanied by one regular registration with full payment (450 €: IEEE member, 550 €: non-IEEE member) by the camera-ready paper deadline (August 31, 2010) independently of the author being a student or not, in order to guarantee publication in the Proceedings. Accepted papers received without a paid registration will not be published in the Proceedings. If an author has more than one paper, EACH PAPER must be accompanied by a separate registration and additional payment. In the case of a multi-authored paper, regular registration is required by at least one of the authors.

Note that on-line registration is handled by the CNRS and will be a two-steps procedure. After some basic information is introduced by the registrant, some checks are manually performed by the CNRS. This may take 24 hours. After a confirmation mail is received, the final registration step can be completed. Payment is made through a secure web system, using Master Card, Visa or Carte Bleue only. No wire transfer or checks are allowed from outside France. Note that the additional costs for accompanying persons, additional papers and pages appear on the last step of the on-line procedure, just before the payment step.

For members of French public institutions only, the CNRS accepts French checks and “bons de commande” (for this latter possibility, please select the “paiement par chèque” option).
